This triple locked, manual transmission 1995 Toyota Land Cruiser HDJ81 is a Japanese-market example that was imported into the US by the current owner in 2021. The truck is finished in Toyota single stage white over a matching cloth interior and is powered by a 4.2L 24-valve turbodiesel inline-six paired with a 5-speed manual transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and locking front, center, and rear differentials.These triple locked examples are quite rare, especially in this condition. The exterior is finished in Toyota single stage white (045) and features a fender-mounted mirror, swing out spare tire carrier, side steps, and mud flaps.

OEM Toyota Wheels that have been refinished to new condition and are wrapped in brand new 265/75R16 Yokohoma Geolandar A/T tires. A spare is mounted to a swing-out rear carrier. The suspension is completely stock and has had all 4 shocks replaced and the knuckles rebuilt under current ownership.

The cabin features cloth seats along with a matching dashboard and door panels that have all been steam cleaned. Additional amenities include automatic climate control, a ceiling-mounted altimeter and compass, adjustable side bolsters, and power lumbar support. Installed is an aftermarket third row seating for 2 with safety belts. That seating system converts to a camper bed that takes up the entire cabin up to the front seats. Its about the size of a queen when deployed and has storage underneath. Additional cabin modifications include an Alpine head unit, Nakamichi speakers, and an HKS boost gauge.

The service records for this truck are extensive. We have all the inspection records from Japan dating back from 1997 through 2020 and can have them translated. The vehicle also came with the manuals for the the third row seating and bed system that has been installed. It came with the manual for the Alpine head unit that is installed. It also has photo inspection records for the Ganador muffler system that was installed from Japan. It also has operating instructions for the Ganador exhaust.

The vehicle comes with three keys plus the factory cut original template from toyota. Also included are the factory manuals for the Land Cruiser.

Under current ownership the fender flares were re-painted white because of fading from the sun. The chrome door handles and chrome side view mirrors were also repainted white. The spare tire carrier was repainted in its original black.

In preparation for sale oil, brake fluid, transmission fluid, and antifreeze were changed. A new oil filter and new air filter was installed. The front knuckles were rebuilt and the Zerks were greased. All 4 shocks were replaced with OEM shocks. Two new batteries were installed. Rubber fender flare gaskets were replaced all around. New windshield wiper blades were installed. New fender turns signals were installed. New turbo stickers were affixed. A new tire catch for the spare tire carrier was installed. The OEM wheels were refinished to new condition and new Yokhoma Geolandar A/T 265/75R16 tires were mounted.

The steering wheel frames a 6k-rpm tachometer, a 180-km/h speedometer, and gauges for voltage, fuel level, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. The six-digit odometer shows 185,676.

The 4.2L 24-valve 1HD-FT turbodiesel inline-six features a single overhead cam and direct injection. Power is sent to all four wheels through a 5-speed manual transmission featuring a dual-range transfer case, and locking front, center, and rear differentials.
